We meet every Wednesday evening in our home beginning at 7:00 p.m. and ending by 9:00 p.m., although it is not uncommon to go a bit longer. Regardless, you are free to leave whenever you need to, no problem.
As far as the flow of our meeting is concerned, we usually start with introductions, do an "ice breaker", then sing a few worship songs together.  After that, we move into our group discussion time.

A quick break with snacks follows - the coffee is always on! Afterwards, the group spends time praying for each other. We normally break out the prayer time between the men and the women.

Everyone is encouraged to participate in some way, but you're also free to sit back, relax and just listen in.
